Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit an Audiology Partner for a share sale opportunity in Chichester, West Sussex, with a guaranteed salary of up to £50,000, 50% dividends and a £20,000 welcome bonus, subject to terms and conditions. This role will suit an ambitious Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser who is ready to combine clinical expertise with ownership, autonomy and the chance to build a long-term interest in an established business.
As Audiology Partner, you will lead and grow an established audiology business, working closely with customers, the local community and the wider team to maintain strong standards of care. The role involves developing staff, driving clinical excellence and commercial performance, making key decisions that shape future growth, and delivering hearing solutions and customer service that reflect the reputation of the business. You will also work alongside existing Optical and Retail Partners, with access to support teams, training, business development input and clinical technology.
