Flame Health has been exclusively instructed on an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Audiologist to step into a Joint Venture Partnership (JVP) role in the Belfast area.

Our client is a well-established independent audiology provider operating nationwide in collaboration with some of the UK’s leading independent optical practices. Their proven model delivers local, personalised hearing care, built on trust, clinical excellence and long-standing community relationships.
The business is experiencing significant growth across the UK, driven by increasing demand for high-quality, ethical audiology services. As part of their 2025 expansion strategy, they are now seeking commercially focused Audiologists to join as Joint Venture Partners in the Belfast region.
 

The Opportunity
This is not a standard employed role. As a Joint Venture Partner, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and grow audiology services across multiple independent optical practices
• Build a scalable, profitable audiology business with full operational backing
• Progress into up to 50% equity ownership
• Combine clinical autonomy with real commercial influence and reward

You will be supported by an experienced central team covering marketing, compliance, operations and business development.

Financial & Benefits Package

•  Excellent guaranteed first-year salary (£42K)
