Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit a HCPC registered Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser for the Torquay area. This permanent, onsite role offers a salary of £34,000 to £42,000 per annum, plus a £4,000 car allowance and bonus potential, and would suit a patient-focused professional who is comfortable working across several sites and balancing clinical standards with commercial awareness.
The role involves working across a minimum of four medical centres in the Torquay area, supporting patients within an established hearing care setting. Day to day, you will draw on an existing patient base and access to a database of optical and hearing care customers, helping to deliver care in a structured, commercially minded way.
