Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit an Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser for a hybrid role based in the Chelmsford area, Essex, offering £32,000 to £42,000 per annum plus commission. This position will suit a fully qualified clinician who values independent practice, clinical quality and the chance to work with modern systems and equipment in a patient-focused setting.
You will provide hearing care within optical practices, delivering a first-class audiology service that covers assessment, diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss. The role involves working with clients of all ages, using state-of-the-art audiological testing equipment and facilities, and supporting patients through a ready-to-go database and an easy-to-use booking system with 24/7 visibility.
Day to day, you will develop and implement treatment plans while working closely with optical partners and serving local communities. The emphasis is on complete hearing care, transparent relationships and care that places patients before performance, with support available to help you manage patient flow and maintain clinical standards.

We are looking for fully qualified Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers who are HCPC registered and have experience working with various hearing aid manufacturers. A full driving licence is required.
