Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit a Hearing Aid Audiologist for a permanent, home-visiting role covering West Sussex.
The position offers a basic salary of £40,000, uncapped monthly commission, and the opportunity to earn quarterly and annual bonuses.
It would suit an HCPC-registered professional who combines clinical expertise with a strong commitment to patient care and an aptitude for sales.
You will visit patients in their own homes, conducting comprehensive hearing assessments and recommending and providing appropriate hearing solutions. Your responsibilities will include completing audiograms, maintaining accurate customer records on the company’s CMS system, and synchronising information daily.
You will work in accordance with HCPC standards, the BSHAA code of practice and company consultation procedures. The role also involves delivering responsive after-sales support, resolving service calls and queries professionally, and keeping your knowledge and skills current in line with HCPC CPD requirements.
You will receive support from a designated diary coordinator and a team of managers. The role is Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, for 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility required according to business needs.
Our client is part of an international hearing care group and provides private hearing healthcare through a combination of global expertise and local patient care. Its teams include audiologists, managers, front-of-house colleagues and specialist support functions working across different markets and cultures.
The organisation aims to help more people hear better through personalised care.
Employees receive a supportive working environment, private health insurance after the qualifying period, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, an Employee Assistance Programme, family discounts and long-service awards. A car allowance starting from £5,328 per annum, dependent on performance and sales, or a company car is also available.
You will be a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist or pre-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser, with current HCPC registration where applicable. You must be a member of BSHAA or be prepared to join, and hold a current driving licence.
The role requires the ability to deliver premium customer care while working confidently within a sales-focused environment.
You will need sufficient IT skills to use company systems and audiometry equipment, together with strong time and job-management abilities to plan and structure your workload effectively.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK or EU without restrictions, as visa sponsorship is not available.
This position would suit a hearing care professional looking for a field-based role where clinical responsibility, patient contact and commercial awareness are equally important.
It may appeal to someone seeking a permanent opportunity with structured support, performance-related earning potential and the autonomy of visiting patients in their own homes.
The role covers West Sussex, including the Chichester area, with patient visits taking place in their own homes. A current driving licence is therefore essential.
