The business is experiencing significant growth across the UK, driven by increasing demand for high-quality, ethical audiology services. As part of their 2025 expansion strategy, they are now seeking commercially focused Audiologists to join as Joint Venture Partners in the Lancashire / Greater Manchester region.

The Opportunity

This is not a standard employed role. As a Joint Venture Partner, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and grow audiology services across multiple independent optical practices
• Build a scalable, profitable audiology business with full operational backing
• Progress into up to 50% equity ownership
• Combine clinical autonomy with real commercial influence and reward

You will be supported by an experienced central team covering marketing, compliance, operations and business development.
