Our client is a well-established, independent audiology provider working in partnership with some of the UK’s leading independent optical practices. Their model delivers a local, personalised, patient-first hearing service, extending trusted eye-care relationships into audiology.

The business is experiencing significant national growth, driven by strong clinical standards, ethical practice, and an outstanding patient experience. Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking commercially minded Audiologists to support their 2025 growth strategy and beyond.

The Opportunity

This role offers far more than a traditional employed position. You will have the opportunity to:

• Build and develop audiology services within multiple independent optical practices
• Progress into a Joint Venture Partnership, with up to 50% equity available
• Scale a profitable, sustainable business with full operational support
• Combine clinical excellence with genuine commercial autonomy

• Excellent basic salary (guaranteed in year one)

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Proven clinical experience in audiology
• A driven, autonomous and self-motivated mindset
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
• The ability to manage and grow multiple practices (JVP level)
• Excellent people management and relationship-building skills
• Ambition to achieve exceptional financial and professional outcomes
