Flame Health Dentistry are currently looking to recruit for an Associate Dentist, to join this mixed practice in East/Central Nottingham.
The Associate will be required to cover a busy patient book, with around 6,000 UDAs. The Dentist is required to work Monday to Friday each week, with additional hours available to provide private work. It is essential that the dentist is both a highly efficient and quality led worker.
The Associate will be rewarded with high earnings and a modern dental surgery to work in. All of the dental professionals in the practice have undergone a rigorous selection and training process to offer the patient the highest quality of dental care. These standards are maintained by a continuous education and training schedule for all employees.
The practice has an ethos of preventative dentistry, which is put together in individual patient treatment plans. Patients are well informed of the latest techniques and the practice only uses the best materials and equipment available. It is desired that the associate dentist takes great pride in their work and wants to have quality time, support, materials and equipment to deliver to patients high expectations.
Experience of NHS and private dentistry and a proven history of high quality work are essential. Ideally applicants will be able to demonstrate their ability to sell private work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Dentist. The candidate should have a good post graduate history as the principal is looking to expand the specialist and private potential of the practice.
