Flame Health’s Pharmacy division are currently recruiting for a Pharmacy in the Bangor area. Our client are currently expanding their existing pharmacy operation within the UK and are looking for Pharmacy managers who want to develop themselves and the business, are passionate about providing excellent patient care and who are looking for a challenge within the sector of community pharmacy.
Reporting to the Regional Pharmacy Manager, Your role within the operation will be diverse and will be based around leading, motivating and coaching your team and improving their skill set so that they are able to deliver excellent patient care and achieve the financial targets as agreed with the pharmacy operations team.
You will also be responsible for ensuring effective working relationships are developed with the Primary Care Organisations (PCO) and surgeries within the local area.
As a pharmacy manager within this leading organisation, a large part of your role will be to lead the "great service for pharmacy" culture within the department. You will also be responsible for the scheduling to ensure that your team work the right hours to support the operation. You will also expected to be visible to patients whilst ensuring that they receive advice with prescriptions and medicines from your pharmacists and team members in addition to conducting face to face consultations where appropriate.
From an Operational and finance perspective, your role will encompass full responsibility for the delivery of financial targets for the pharmacy department to include: Sales Targets, staff costs including locum usage, development of your own proactive business plans to deliver targets and to facilitate this weekly one to one meetings will take place within the store to review progress.
