Flame Health Audiology have been instructed on a confidential opportunity for an experienced Audiologist to become a Joint Venture Partner, developing hearing care services across Lancashire and Greater Manchester. This is a commercially focused role for someone who wants to combine clinical autonomy with the opportunity to build and grow a business, supported by an established central team.
An experienced Audiologist is sought for a Joint Venture Partner role covering Lancashire and Greater Manchester, including Bolton, Blackburn, Preston, Oldham, Wigan and Blackpool. The package includes a guaranteed first-year salary of £42,000, with uncapped commission and profit share; the opportunity also offers potential equity ownership.
As Joint Venture Partner, you will lead and develop audiology services across multiple independent optical practices, building a scalable business while retaining clinical autonomy and gaining commercial influence. The role combines patient care with business development, financial awareness and responsibility for growing services across the region.
You will have access to operational backing from a central team, including support in marketing, compliance, operations and business development. Further resources include a finance business partner, regional manager support, product supply and a third-party call centre for customer enquiries. The business can also provide healthcare assistant support, and additional Audiologist headcount may be added as the service develops.
Our client is an established independent audiology provider operating nationally in collaboration with independent optical practices. Its model focuses on local, personalised hearing care and longstanding community relationships, with clinical quality and trust at its core.
The business is expanding its audiology services and offers a joint venture model rather than a franchise. Partners can draw on central operational support while developing services across their region. The opportunity includes potential equity of up to 50%, subject to the business arrangement, and is intended for someone seeking a long-term role in building a sustainable audiology business.
You will be an experienced Audiologist with a patient-focused approach and the confidence to lead and develop services across multiple locations. Commercial selling experience is essential, alongside sound financial awareness, including an understanding of accounting.
The business is looking for someone who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious, with strong communication and people-management skills. Integrity and accountability are important, as is a genuine interest in working in a long-term partnership. You should be comfortable combining clinical responsibilities with commercial decision-making and business growth.
This opportunity may suit an established Audiologist who is ready to move beyond a conventional employed position and take greater ownership of their work. It will appeal to someone motivated by building a business, with the ambition to pursue partnership and share in its growth.
The role covers Lancashire and Greater Manchester, with services across locations including Bolton, Blackburn, Preston, Oldham, Wigan and Blackpool.
