Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist for a full-time, onsite position in Hornchurch. Offering circa £40,000 depending on experience, plus a £5,064 annual car allowance and monthly bonus scheme, this role suits an experienced audiologist seeking clinical autonomy, commercial responsibility and access to advanced hearing technology.
You will take ownership of an established clinic, its performance and customer outcomes, delivering personalised hearing care throughout each customer’s journey. Working in a modern, well-equipped setting, you will carry out advanced diagnostic assessments, recommend suitable solutions from the full product portfolio and build lasting customer relationships.
The clinic provides structured diaries, strong operational and administrative support, and access to the latest hearing technology and product innovations. The position requires flexibility to work some evenings and weekends in response to customer demand. It also offers ongoing CPD, clinical development and potential progression into senior, mentoring, multi-site or regional opportunities.
