Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to support the search for an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist in St Helier, Jersey, offering circa £48,000 to £50,000 per annum, plus a £5,064 car allowance and bonus. This position will suit a clinician who wants genuine ownership of their clinic, a strong degree of autonomy, and access to modern hearing technology within a well-supported environment.
In this established clinic role, you will take full responsibility for your caseload, performance, and customer outcomes, delivering high-quality hearing care with a clear focus on the individual. You will guide customers through their complete hearing care journey, carry out advanced diagnostic assessments, and recommend suitable solutions from the full product range.
The position combines clinical work with strong commercial awareness, so you will be confident in building long-term customer relationships while representing the business professionally. You will work alongside operational and administrative support, with structured diaries that allow time for personalised consultations, and the role may include some evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.
Our client operates established hearing care clinics with the backing of a wider business that brings scale, stability, and continued investment. The setting is modern and well equipped, with access to the latest hearing technology and product innovation, alongside systems designed to support consistent clinical standards.
The culture is built around high-quality care, strong service, and the opportunity to shape how hearing support is delivered across the clinics. A loyal customer base and ongoing development support make this a strong environment for an audiologist who values both clinical and commercial impact.
A BSc in Audiology, or an equivalent qualification, is essential, along with HCPC registration. We are looking for someone with at least two years of post-qualification experience, strong clinical audit results, and full CPD compliance.
You should bring commercial awareness, a customer-focused approach, and the confidence to work independently while maintaining high standards. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are also important, as this role requires careful clinic ownership and consistent follow-through across each customer interaction.
This role will suit an established Hearing Aid Audiologist who is ready to take full ownership of a clinic and wants the freedom to deliver high-quality care with strong support around them. It will also appeal to someone who is motivated by long-term customer relationships, clinical standards, and the chance to progress into senior, mentor, or multi-site opportunities.
The role is based in St Helier, Jersey. It is an onsite position in a central island location with access to local amenities and the wider setting of Jersey.
