Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit a Clinical Audiologist for an onsite position in North London, offering £50,000–£55,000 per annum. This role will suit an experienced clinician who is confident across diagnostic, rehabilitative and private hearing aid work, and who wants to contribute to a quality-led hearing service in a brand new clinic.
You will work within a new clinic setting, helping to shape a service that places quality ahead of volume. Day to day, this will involve routine diagnostic testing for ENT referrals in both adults and children, comprehensive adult audiological assessments, rehabilitation, and the dispensing of private hearing aids using Real Ear Measurements and aided speech discrimination tests.
The role also includes assessing and fitting LYRIC extended wear hearing aids, with training provided, as well as micro-suction ear wax removal. You will provide careful aftercare and follow-up, and, depending on your background, may also be involved in vestibular diagnostics, tinnitus rehabilitation and paediatric audiology. The service is being built around paid hearing assessments, so the patients you see are engaged in their hearing journey, allowing for more considered clinical conversations and a stronger outcome for both clinician and patient.
Our client is an independent audiology business providing hearing healthcare in London, with an evidence-based and patient-centric approach. The business is in a period of growth and is building a private service that values engaged patients, careful clinical delivery and strong standards.
It is a modern and expanding organisation with a collaborative culture and a clear emphasis on progression. The clinic is supported by contemporary equipment and access to hearing solutions from leading manufacturers.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum BSc or MSc in Audiology and be registered with HCPC as a Hearing Aid Dispenser. You will also need to be registered with HCPC as a Clinical Scientist or with RCCP as a Clinical Audiologist.
Proficiency in micro-suction ear wax removal is required. You should be committed to high clinical standards, patient-centred care and a commercially aware approach. Experience in vestibular testing, tinnitus rehabilitation and paediatric audiology is desirable.
This role will suit an experienced Audiologist who wants to make a meaningful contribution in a growing private setting, rather than working solely to volume targets. It will appeal to someone motivated by clinical quality, collaborative working and the chance to broaden their experience within a newly established clinic.
The position is based in Enfield, North London, and is an onsite role. It will suit someone who is comfortable working within Greater London and the surrounding area.
