Flame Health Optometry have been instructed to support our client in the search for a qualified, GOC-registered Optometrist based in Milton Keynes, with a salary of £60,000 to £62,000 per annum. This full-time, onsite position will suit someone who places the customer at the centre of their work, values sound clinical judgement, and wants to contribute to a branch’s growth within a community setting.
In this role, you will carry out comprehensive eye examinations within 25-minute test slots, giving each patient the time and attention they need. You will use your clinical judgement to diagnose and manage a range of eye health conditions, advise on spectacle and contact lens options, and ensure every visit is handled with care and professionalism.
You will work closely with the branch team to support excellent service delivery and strong day-to-day performance. The position also offers involvement in local enhanced service schemes and, where applicable, pre-registration supervision. Ongoing CPD, access to e-learning, fully computerised systems and regular product updates all form part of the working environment.
