Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 + bonus

Flame Health are recruiting for an experienced Optical Advisor to join a busy, modern optical practice in the Wandsworth area. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team with a strong, positive culture.

The Role:

Full-time position including Saturdays (no Sundays)
Deliver excellent customer service and patient care
Support the dispensing team and day-to-day running of the practice
Work in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment

What We’re Looking For:

Ideally 3+ years’ experience within optics (or similar environment)
Previous experience within a multiple practice setting is advantageous
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Reliable, team-focused, and proactive approach
