About the Role

Flame Health’s Audiology Division is recruiting a HCPC-registered Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to work in Worthing, working in various branches.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established independent hearing care provider with a strong national presence across optical practices and medical centres throughout the UK. Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive hearing assessments and aftercare
• Fitting and dispensing hearing aids in line with best clinical practice
• Delivering an outstanding patient experience at every stage
• Managing clinics across multiple medical centre locations
• Working commercially while maintaining the highest ethical standards

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive basic salary £38,000 +
• £4,000 car allowance
• Lucrative bonus scheme (average £500–£2,000 per month)

Candidate Requirements

• HCPC registered Hearing Aid Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser (essential)
