About the Opportunity

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Optical Advisor to join a well-established independent optical group in the South West London area.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and looking to develop within a premium, patient-focused optical environment.

The Role

As an Optical Advisor, you will support the delivery of an exceptional patient experience, assisting with frame styling, dispensing support, and day-to-day practice operations.

You will work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team, ensuring every patient receives a high level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting dispensing, assisting patients with frame selection, taking measurements and adjustments, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the daily running of the practice.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in optics preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional and friendly approach
Willingness to learn and develop
