About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Audiologist to join a well-established independent optical and hearing care provider in Northern Ireland.
This role offers the chance to be part of a growing business that is expanding its clinical services to include a dedicated hearing care offering. The Role
As an Audiologist, you will play a key role in delivering and developing the hearing care service. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive hearing assessments, recommending appropriate solutions, and delivering a high standard of aftercare.
This position offers a high level of clinical autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of the audiology service and contribute to its ongoing growth and success.
A strong focus is placed on the patient journey, ensuring every individual receives a tailored, professional, and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting full hearing assessments and diagnostics, recommending and fitting hearing aids, providing ongoing aftercare and support, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the overall delivery of a high-quality clinical service.
You will also work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants must be qualified Audiologists or Hearing Aid Dispensers and registered with the HCPC.
You should demonstrate strong clinical ability, excellent communication skills, and a patient-focused approach. A commercial awareness and interest in developing services within a growing business would be advantageous.
