Flame Health is recruiting on behalf of a well-established optical practice in Aberdeen City Centre for a qualified Dispensing Optician to join the team on a resident basis. Key Responsibilities

The Dispensing Optician will:

• Provide expert dispensing advice tailored to individual patient needs
• Assist patients with frame and lens selection
• Ensure accurate measurements and fitting of spectacles
• Support the delivery of a high standard of patient care throughout the customer journey
• Work collaboratively with Optometrists and wider practice teams
• Maintain professional and clinical standards at all times
• Support and mentor junior team members where required
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

Candidate Requirements

• GOC registered Dispensing Optician
• Patient-focused with a strong commitment to customer care
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated
• Comfortable working in a busy, multi-room practice environment
