• Full-time or part-time role of 4 days per week 
• Multi-site role working across 3 small independent practices serving a loyal patient base situated around the Colchester region 
• Salary £60,000-£65,000 per annum (dependent experience) 

Flame Health Optometry are looking for a friendly, confident Optometrist to join our independent client on a full-time basis (though 4 days will be considered if required). This is a great long-term opportunity to work across three small, well-equipped community practices.

The practices 

Each of the practices is a one-consulting-room, sole-optom environment, supported by a Dispenser and Receptionist (sometimes two). You’ll enjoy a consistent setup and workflow across all three locations, including:

• OCT in every practice

• Tono-Vera

• Thomson Test Chart

• Optix PMS

All three practices are designed to support independent, clinically focused working in a calm and well-organised setting.

About the Role

The position will initially be based full-time in one store to provide maternity cover the timeline is yet to be confirmed. 

Longer-term, the role would involve working between all three practices, offering variety while maintaining a consistent clinical environment.

Who This Would Suit

This role would be ideal for someone based in or near Colchester, as it offers the easiest reach across the 3 practices however we’re open to applicants willing to commute a bit further.
