The Role
As an Audiology Customer Service Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving both the operational and clinical success of the new domiciliary service. Working closely with central support and local administration teams, you will oversee customer experience, business performance, and team growth.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape your own clinics, build meaningful relationships across your local community, and develop a thriving business that truly makes a difference to people’s lives.

This is a new standalone Domiciliary Audiology Partnership model, offering a unique chance to shape and grow your own service within an established healthcare network. Supported by a central administration and marketing team, you will deliver first-class hearing care directly to patients in their own homes — ensuring accessibility, comfort, and continuity of care.
