Flame Health’s Optometry division have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Dispensing Optician to join this Luxury  optical practice based in the Leicester area.
 
Our client is a well respected and popular independent practice with a great reputation for providing premium eyewear 
This forward thinking Independent practice  aim to provide a service beyond today’s expected standards and are known for being great at what they do.
 
Your main responsibilities as an Dispensing Optician will be to work as part of a successful and supportive team ensuring that you perform to the best of your ability. This will mean providing a high level of customer service at all times, to every patient and push yourself to be the best you can be 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense spectacles, lenses, and optical products based on patients’ prescriptions and specific needs.
• Adjust and repair frames 
• Deliver high-quality customer service, making patients feel informed and comfortable about their choices.
• Provide personalised advice on frames and lens 
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends 
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless patient experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fully qualified Dispensing Optician with current registration.
• Proven experience in an optical practice
• Strong ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Experience dispensing a wide range of lenses, including single-vision, bifocals, varifocals, and specialist lenses.

You will of course be fully supported and working with a full team of Optometrists and optical professionals within the practice
