Flame Health are working on a brand-new vacancy for an experienced optical advisor to be based in Bath. This role is to be part of the dispensing process in store, for candidates wishing to become a DO, which will be funded by the store after a probationary period.
This modern, high-end, boutique independent practice offers a friendly and professional service to a mixed patient base. They are community focused and need someone ready to use their passion, skills and experience to support building their expanding and loyal customer base.
You will be working amongst a friendly and supportive team within a modern practice with all the latest technology. Opportunities for career development are supported, funded and encouraged by the owner.
Job Role:
Assisting patients in selecting high-quality eyewear from exclusive designer collections
Providing expert advice on lenses, frames, and styling to meet individual patient needs
Managing bookings, patient records, and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience
Maintaining a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere in line with the premium brand identity
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an optical, luxury retail, or customer service role is preferred
A passion for fashion, eyewear, and delivering a first-class customer experience
A confident communicator with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor
Ability to work efficiently as part of a small, close-knit team
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for style and aesthetics
Willingness to learn and grow within a high-end optometry setting
