Flame health are currently working on a new and exciting opportunity for a Hearing Care Assistant to be based in South Devon.

We’re actively recruiting for Hearing Care Assistants in South Devon. Our client will support you with structured on the job training and future career development opportunities. Key Role & Responsibilities
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Exploring patient needs, by providing patients with information about their hearing aid(s), how to care for them, and wear them.
• Make minor adjustments to hearing aids.
• Wax removal via micro-suction (only if qualified)
• Produce and maintain clinical notes
• Wax removal via micro-suction (only if qualified)
• Assist customers and perform hear-care screening tests.

About you
We are seeking someone who has excellent communication skills, who is driven, self motivated and ambitious to succeed. It is important that you have a friendly professional manner who enjoys helping customers get the most from their hearing devices. A UK Full driving license is required, since independent travel is required between clinics and you will of course need a current UK work visa, if applicable.

Qualifications – If you do not already have the HCA (Hearing Care Assistant) / BSA qualification, investing in people is crucial to us and so support is available for you to attend a training course to obtain the relevant qualifications and training.
