We have just been instructed on a fantastic and unique new opportunity for a Lead Qualified Dispensing Optician/Practice Manager.

• Salary: £38,000 (5 days per week, including occasional Saturdays).
• Annual Leave: 25 days + 8 bank holidays.
• Additional day off on your birthday.

We are now actively recruiting for an experienced and passionate Lead Dispensing Optician to join a new independent optician practice in the Warwickshire area. Job Profile:

As the Lead Dispensing Optician, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and running the practice, ensuring a premium patient experience. You will provide expert advice on lens and frame selection, contribute to the practice’s growth, and help shape its long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team of professionals.
• Provide personalized care to patients, ensuring the highest level of service.
• Oversee stock management and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and GOC regulations.
• Engage with the local community and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• GOC-registered Dispensing Optician.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong technical skills in advanced optical products and technology.
• Proven ability to foster long-term patient relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business.

Package:

• Salary: £38,000 (5 days per week, including occasional Saturdays).
• Annual Leave: 25 days + 8 bank holidays.

• Start Date: Late October/November 2024
• Hours: 08:45 AM - 5:45 PM
