Flame Health’s Optometry division have an exciting opportunity for an Optical Practice Manager to join a great independent practice in Nottingham. The company in question prides itself on delivering outstanding eye care and the very best customer service

As an Optical Practice Manager you will be expected to coach, mentor and develop your small practice team alongside the director

You will have excellent communication and listening skills and have the ability to build relationships with your clients, peers and team members.
You will also be able to diagnose and solve problems, plan, prioritise workloads, share responsibilities accordingly and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
You will of course manage the practice performance and ensure that the practice is adhering to all operational standards set

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced Optical manager
Proven experience in an optical practice
Strong ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
