Key Responsibilities:

Dispense spectacles, lenses, and optical products based on patients’ prescriptions and specific needs.
Provide personalised advice on frame and lens options, focusing on style, comfort, and functionality.
Use advanced optical technology to ensure precise measurements and fittings.
Deliver high-quality customer service, making patients feel informed and comfortable about their choices.
Adjust and repair frames to ensure an optimal fit for patients.

Ideal Candidate:

Fully qualified Dispensing Optician with GOC registration.
Proven experience in an optical practice, ideally in a customer-focused setting.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Experience dispensing a wide range of lenses, including single-vision, bifocals, varifocals, and specialist lenses.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
