Practice Manager Opportunity in Chelsea!

Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you at our clients independent, clinically oriented practices in Chelsea and Kensington!

Location: Chelsea & Kensington
Salary: Starting at £35k plus (depending on experience) + bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role:
As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery at both our Chelsea and Kensington locations. You'll be instrumental in aligning the two practices to provide consistent, high-quality services and create an exceptional patient experience. Your leadership will guide the teams to achieve new levels of success.

What We Are Looking For:
- Strong management experience in a clinical setting, ideally in optometry or healthcare.
- Ideally you will be a qualified Dispensing Optician but unqualified applicants will be considered.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and improving patient care.
- Proven experience in managing operations, team leadership, and driving sales performance.
- Ability to align two practices to create operational synergy.
