CAMHS Service Line Manager (Children) – UK Wide
Competitive salary: up to £70,000 depending on experience (car allowance and private medical cover. Enhanced disclosure cost coverage and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays)
Flame Care are currently working alongside a national provider who have a good reputation for delivering quality education and care services with positive outcomes for children and young people aged 5 to 25, who have experienced difficulties in their previous education placements.
Our client are looking to recruit a CAMHS Service Line Manager (Children) to be responsible for the educational service quality, design and development of the CAMHs Schools within the Education Division and ensuring that this organisation is a market leader in terms of education delivery, quality and innovation. You will be building capability and capacity of the workforce to deliver a high quality service that meets the need of young people with clear measurable outcomes, as well as maintaining proactive and engaged relationships with all stakeholders including external networks and commissioners.
Ideal candidate:
- A registered teacher with extensive experience in the specific service line with credibility
- Current registration with appropriate professional body
- Educated to degree level plus equivalent experience
- Experience of implementing and reviewing quality initiatives relating to the healthcare environment
- Understanding of Ofsted regulations, CQC, CUNIC and clinical governance and clinical/professional practice
- Thorough knowledge and experience of mental health services for young people
- Evidence of project management and quality improvement experience
- Strong report writing skills with the ability to present information
- Extensive travelling will be required for this position and a full UK driving licence must be held
