Home Manager (Residential Older People's Service) Opportunity - Essex
Flame Care have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to work for an expanding organisation. This position is based in Hadleigh, Essex. This is to work in a large 108 bedded care home that specialises in both elderly and dementia care. It caters for older people, dementia, general nursing, physical disability and sensory impairment.
As the Registered Home Manager you will be required to support the staff with the day to day running of the care home. You must have finance experience as you’ll be tasked in managing and maintaining the financial budget within the home, maximising profitability and reducing costs where appropriate.
To be considered for this role you must have:

• Leadership and Management Award / Registered Manager Award
• Previous experience of managing a large care home
• Experience of working with older people and dementia
