Assistant GP Operations Manager - Berkshire
Salary up to £26,000 p.a.
Our client are currently recruiting for a dynamic and innovative leader who can contribute successfully in driving the Care Centre forward whilst meeting the everyday challenges.
Supporting the Regional Medical Director, the Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the Care Centre, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and maintaining operational performance. The intention of this role is for the assistant to take over the full management of the Centre within a year, so this will provide someone a fast track to GP Management.
They will work a variety of shift patterns across the week, managing and developing the reception team to deliver exceptional customer service. They will support the Regional Medical Director in managing patient feedback, service development and regulatory compliance. A passion for promoting patient education is a must.

It is essential that for this position you have previous experience within Healthcare management and have Operational responsibility within the medical sector.
