Managing a multi million turnover, contemporary business, you will need to have a demonstrable track record of achievement, coupled with strong commercial awareness, an eye for detail, have a significant interest in optical fashion trends and be up to date with the latest clinical advancements. In addition you will need to be a natural team leader, that has experience of working and managing KPI’s and be able to do this autonomously.
You will be responsible for managing this new store, recruitment and development of new staff and reporting directly into the partners of the business.
