Flame Health are recruiting on behalf of a cosmetics business who have a fantastic expert trainer role which will provide the opportunity to develop key skills whilst working for the leading cosmetic surgery group in the UK.
The role will suit an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Trainer or someone who is currently in a senior role and feels they are ready to move into a training role. Working within a team of three you would be responsible for the Northern third of the clinic network. The role is field based involving regular support visits (and some overnight stays) to the following clinics: Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Birmingham, Nottingham and Northampton. There is also the opportunity to write and deliver central training courses and workshops to both medical and non medical staff.
The requirements for this role are:
- Extensive experience in class 4 laser for Laser Hair Removal is essential
- Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Aesthetic / Non Surgical Treatments such as dermal fillers, peels, dermaroller, IPL etc
- Experience of training and assessing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills, in particular familiar with Excel and Word
