Practice Nurse Opportunity - Feltham, South-West London
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring that practice policies and procedures are followed.

Nurse Prescriber Opportunity - Feltham, South-West London
Salary up to £40,000 p.a.
Flame Health have an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Prescriber to join our award winning healthcare client in Feltham. You will assess, plan, provide and evaluate nursing care to meet the care needs of individuals in the practice population.
Candidates must have a Nurse Prescriber, Minor Illness and Injury qualification with valid experience.
