Flame Health Cosmetic Surgery are working with a leading Cosmetic organisation, offering cost effective and progressive cosmetic treatments for all. They are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join their team as a Patient/Sales Coordinator.
You will act as the first point of contact and source of information for patients enquiring about our treatments, input all patient contact data or other relevant data on e-clinic, and follow up patients after their initial consultation with a view to booking treatment.
The ideal candidate will:

• Maintain professional confidentiality at all times
• Be tactful and understanding when dealing with patients and their relatives
• Develop and maintain good working relationships and high standard of communication with colleagues and patients
• Offer support and understanding to colleagues
• Be neat and tidy in personal appearance and wearing correct designated uniform at all times
• Be punctual and reliable
