Flame Health have an exclusive opportunity for an experienced professional to join as Head of Health care with this popular beauty retailer
As the Head of Healthcare Services, you will lead this client in to the Healthcare markets by developing and maintaining contracts from targeted Care Home, Commissioner and B2B opportunities. You will deliver the Healthcare Services strategy, by working with the Healthcare Director and Head of Pharmacy Operations to establish account management processes for new business and of course coach, lead and develop the Healthcare Services team to enable store services contribution is up in profit and ensure the skills required will deliver great customer service to new business.
The ideal candidate for this Head of Healthcare Services role will have a high level of clinical expertise, and hold an appropriate Pharmacist qualification. The successful candidate  will have a proven track record of significantly growing a pharmacy business and have experience of turning around decline and converting growth within the pharmacy environment. You must have the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels, and be able to foresee ways to increase pharmacy income.
The Head of Healthcare Services manager will be a strong leader who has an understanding of the balance between ethical and professional standards and have a complete understanding of running a pharmacy business 
To be considered you must:

• Hold a professional Pharmaceutical qualification
• Have previous experience of working at a senior level
• Have a consistent proven track record of developing and sustaining new contacts and business
• Be able to motivate and manage teams
• Have success in turning decline into profit
