Pharmacy Salary Survey
A recent Chemist and Druggist survey has found that the proportion of employee pharmacists receiving a pay rise has fallen for the second year in a row.
45% of almost 900 pharmacist branch managers and non-manager pharmacists who responded to the survey received a pay rise in the previous 12 months, this compared with 55% last year and 63% 2010.
Flame Health are running a similar survey through our Research Centre. We are asking the question: In the last 12 months have you had a salary increase, a salary freeze or a salary reduction. We are keen to understand what is happening in the current economic climate. From past polls we understand that salary is important and with many changes that are happening across industries at the moment, we are keen to find out what is happening to you.
