Occupational Health Nurse – North London Area, salary up to 38k with car and fuel allowance

As Occupational Health Nurse you will be travelling to a number of stores adhering to policies and procedures to ensure a healthy working environment for your colleagues, providing a day to day service to the business giving advice to management, assisting in the management of attendance, meeting legal requirements. Counselling - lifestyle & behaviour and support
You will Liaise with outside agencies on health issues when required e.g. HPA and obviously comply with legislation. Demonstrating a keen approach by maintaining and monitoring the sickness and absence case load whilst providing advice to management to improve the understanding between the interface of work and health.
Having the opportunity to be part of completing return to work information for colleagues and advise the business on the interface between work and health whilst liaising with the Senior managers to align departments objectives and goals.
As a key part of the team you will build excellent internal and external relationships with all staff levels including Retail, Senior management, Health and safety and HR.
