Flame Health are currently working with a very popular Primary care partner in Bristol looking for a Physiotherapist. This rare opportunity is for a bright, enthusiastic, and proactive Physiotherapist to work and lead this team in an exciting new venture.
You will be expected  to manage a defined caseload using evidence based patient centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate therapy interventions and deliver safe and effective physiotherapy care working within the hospital and patient
home setting.
You will prioritise, assess, plan and implement patient specific programmes of care, analysing patient needs and making judgements about best practice.
To apply you must have a degree/diploma in Physiotherapy and be registered member of HCPC.  It is important you have experience of providing physiotherapy services for acute medical patients and evidence of CPD.
Our client are looking for individuals with good communication and interpersonal skills who is pro-active and able to work both as part of the practice team as well as autonomously.
The salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications. The range is deliberately wide to encourage applications from individuals from a spectrum of backgrounds. You will also have access to the company pension scheme and other great benefits.
