Flame Health’s Pharmacy division are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s Leading High street chains in the Flintshire area.
As a Pharmacist you will be part of an efficient team within the Branch, in providing accurate dispensing, checking and clinical services to our customers as determined by the local primary care organisation and in line with GPhC/PSNI standards. Deliver on the agreed targets through leading, managing and co-ordinating all aspects of the day to day operation of a community based pharmacy.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all clinical aspects of the store including dispensing, checking and clinical services
• Build strong relationships with customers, GP’s and health care professionals
• Lead the running of an effective and efficient Dispensary
• Coaches team members to improve performance
• Delivery of financial targets in line with Rx and Service growth
