Flame Health’s Pharmacy division are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s Leading High street chains in the Cambridge area.
As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be the Responsible Pharmacist for the Branch, in providing accurate dispensing, checking and clinical services to our customers as determined by the local primary care organisation and in line with GPhC/PSNI standards. Deliver on the agreed targets through leading, managing and co-ordinating all aspects of the day to day operation of a community-based pharmacy.
· Deliver exceptional customer service levels and patient care to ensure branch objectives are met or exceeded.
· Ensure the dispensary operates in line with Professional and Regulatory standards including Health & Safety legislation to ensure that the business is compliant with the regulatory and business operating framework and patient safety are maintained at all times.
· Maximise availability of services for the benefit of patients through the provision of all locally commissioned services
· Develop and build effective working relationships with local GPs, Health centres, local primary care authority and professional services
· Lead, coach and develop the branch team, supporting the ongoing development of all team members, to improve their personal performance and drive engagement
· Support any change initiatives planned by the business, taking responsibility for engaging team members and embedding change within the branch.
