Due to significant expansion, Flame Health Associates is currently working with a leading Healthcare Provider, that is now looking to recruit HAD’s / Audiologists that are serious about the next phase of their career, wanting to become a Joint Venture Partner and run their own business.
This is a unique opportunity, that combined with class leading training and development will see you become a polished professional within this fast evolving healthcare space.
As part of this comprehensive and detailed process, you will spend 6 months at a host store training and getting to know the organisation’s diverse range of services and business processes. You will learn how to build and manage your business so you are competent once your initial training is completed. Throughout your development, you will receive a competitive base salary of £40,000 during your training period, and be guaranteed a store once you successfully complete this process.
