Flame Health Optometry are recruiting for a dynamic Practice Manager who is being sought in the Enfield area to join one of the leading optical groups.
The company puts outstanding patient care at the forefront of all of their practices across the UK. They work to provide sound dispensing advice and product recommendations that best suit individual customer needs. You will have access to the highest quality equipment and they aim to provide both their store staff and their customers with an excellent overall environment.
As an Optical Practice Manager you will be expected to assist the Store Director in the management of store operations in order to achieve excellent customer service, financial goals and business objectives. This is a very large, vibrant store with 50-60 members of staff including department managers. The right candidate will be expected to have good people skills, be confident and highly organised.
Our client are happy to interview candidates that are qualified and non qualified for this role. This would be a great opportunity to prove your customer service and management strengths; and if qualified put your training to action.
You will be responsible for the overall day to day running of the store, as well as the recruitment and induction of new staff. You'll help develop your team, setting them targets for performance, making sure they reach their full capability to earn their bonus where possible.
You will deal with customer complaints as needed, and create a culture of ’Customer First’ in store.
