Flame Health Dentistry - Specialist Dentist Job - Specialist Orthodontist - Fleet Area - Hampshire

2 days per month, growing to a regular day each week
Flame Health are currently recruiting an experienced, part-time Orthodontist for this established practice in the Fleet Area, Hampshire.
The practice has an excellent reputation both locally and regionally and is extremely well organised and structured with spacious surgeries, equipped to an exceptionally high standard.
Dentists are also supported by an excellent management team with a defined strategy for the future of dentistry, safeguarding their staff and the longevity of the dental practice.
In addition there is a superb administration team and qualified and experienced support staff, recruiting only the best dental nurses, administrators and receptionists ensuring that clinicians have nothing to concern them except treating their patients. There is surgery space every day including a saturday for the Orthodontist to have as flexible working arrangement as is possible.
The Candidate must be on the specialist GDC orthodontic list. The practice currently produces a large income from private work so the right candidate will have over 2 years of clinical experience in Orthodontics and command a good working knowledge in the UK private sector.
The role required someone with the ability to manage their time and make their own decisions. For the right person there is great scope in the practice to expand patient treatments, providing an excellent income.
One to two days per month are required initially, with a view to growing into a regular day each week over time. The candidate must have some private experience and have an excellent patient manner, to deal with very high-end private patients.
