£115,000-£130,000 p.a

Flame Health are currently recruiting an experienced Orthodontist for this Specialist Orthodontic practice in the Chelmsford area of Essex.
The practice has an excellent reputation both locally and regionally and is extremely well organised and structured with spacious surgeries, equipped to an exceptionally high standard. Dentists are also supported by an excellent management team with a defined strategy for the future of dentistry, safeguarding their staff and the longevity of the dental practice.
The Candidate must be on the specialist list and have the ability and experience to run and manage an orthodontic contract. The NHS contract will be for around 4400 UOAs and pay up to £27 per UOA. The Orthodontist will provide the complete patient treatment, and manage their own time, with surgery availability 5 days per week as required.
They must have over 3 years of clinical experience in Orthodontistry and command a good working knowledge in the sector and have the ability to manage their time and make their own decisions. For the right person there is great scope in the practice to expand patient treatments, providing an excellent income.
In addition there is a superb administration team and qualified and experienced support staff, recruiting only the best dental nurses, administrators and receptionists ensuring that clinicians have nothing to concern them except treating their patients.
