Associate Dentist in Ripon

Flame Health are currently recruiting for a full-time associate dentist in the Ripon area.
Candidates will be experienced in private and NHS dentistry, as they will be required to work on a mixed basis with and existing patient list. This is a wealthy area that will require a dentist with the ability and proven track record to sell private dentistry, with denplan and specialist treatments available at the practice.
The candidate should have experience of working with private patients and have a performer list number. The ability to sell treatment plans, and any other specialist interests, would help to substantially increase the dentist’s earnings.
The practice needs a committed person who can deliver a 7000 UDA target, while growing private sessions and patient numbers. This is an established list, with around 30% private income and offers £11 per UDA. The aim of this independent practice is to provide the latest dental techniques to the highest possible standards, in a friendly relaxing atmosphere.
The Dentist and team will make every effort to make the patient’s dental experience as pleasant as possible.
