Flame Health have a brand new Pharmacy Dispenser / Administrator and Customer Services Advisor opportunity based in the Leeds region.
We are seeking candidates to help with product file maintenance and customer service. You will be joining the head office team of our client’s pharmacy ordering Software Company. Your main duties will be to manage products and assist customers with general queries.
You role will involve calling new and existing customers and assisting them with general queries, explaining aspects of the software to new customers, analysing drug prices from pharmaceutical suppliers plus updating product files to ensure customers are getting the best value products while using your product knowledge to link PIP codes within the software.
We are looking for candidates that have experience of working in a dispensary with good pharmacy product knowledge. A good telephone manner with strong IT skills and be able to learn and adapt quickly plus have good problem solving skills. In return our client are offering a competitive salary.
