The healthcare teams based at these GP surgeries in Essex deliver holistic health care for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems using advanced nursing skills. They provide services to meet the needs of patients who attend the Practices and aim to make a difference to people’s lives in their community.
They are busy growing practices with new management in place and a new way of working this is a real opportunity for you to make a difference by shaping and developing the services.
This company likes to do things differently and takes the responsibility of the work/life balance of our valued GPs very seriously. The busy GP practices are open 5 days a week from 8am to 6.30pm and means they can offer you a variety of working patterns to fit in with your life.
You must hold a full and current unrestricted GMC (UK) registration on the GP Register, GP Vocational or additional experience in general practice, have knowledge of the NHS and understanding of clinical governance, you must be able to work under pressure and within an ever changing environment, have good interpersonal skills, courteous to patients and staff at all times, and be an enthusiastic team player who is open and reflective.
In return you will receive a fantastic salary up to £95,000 with great benefits!
