Dual-Site Practice Manager - Canterbury Area - South-East Kent
Flame Health Dentistry are currently looking to recruit a Dual-site Dental Practice Manager, to work over 2 practices for this practice in the South-East Kent area.
The practices offer a modern environment to work in with 7 surgeries collectively. The culture and ethos of the company is to be at the forefront of NHS care both with regards to new techniques available and the best materials therefore promoting better Oral Health through education and care.
You will be responsible for managing the whole practice team, with a view to growth, to meet operational, performance and financial targets within Company expectations, values and policies.
The position will be to oversee and manage the practices at each location, reporting back to the directors on a weekly/monthly basis regarding financial reporting/KPI targets etc. They will also be involved in the acquisition process, if new practices are taken on board. Priority will be given to candidates who have worked within a large NHS practice, or has area managing experience.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues and associate organizations and the ability to gain trust and confidence.
Within this position you will be working approx 37.5 - 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, as well as being available to work extended hours when required.
