My Flame Health Monthly Update – April

The clocks have gone forward, the evenings are lighter for longer and Spring is in the air at last! It’s shaping up to be a successful season for the teams here at Flame Health.
March proved to be another very busy and productive month within all the sectors here at Flame Health. The interruption of Easter did not derail the momentum that has been building since the start of the year as numerous interviews are being booked, placements being made, some excellent vacancies have been acquired and, continuing the trend, a further increase in candidate registrations.
Flame Health Pharmacy made fantastic placements across the UK for both multiples and for an independent Pharmacy chain. We also are seeking to speak to Dispensers, Prescribing Pharmacists and qualified managers, visit our website for more details!
The GP and Nursing sector have also had a good month, with various GPs starting roles in March. We have new vacancies for a locality Lead GP within different locations and also a Clinical Medical Director wanted in the South Coast. We are desperately looking for the right candidates to fill these excellent positions!
Within Dentistry, Flame Health has had a fantastic March building the pipeline for the new financial year. The Dentistry team are very much looking forward to the next financial year ahead and already making very positive inroads. For Flame Health Optometry and Optical Sales, March was a very strong month finishing the financial year very positively. We have seen a large amount of candidates coming into the business looking for new opportunities. This is certainly a positive sign of things to come. Placements have been made across the majority of our key accounts and new vacancies have been obtained.
